Stephen Stewart

Stephen Stewart is the Founder and Chairman of Ore Group, a private natural resource consortium dedicated to the discovery, development, and advancement of metals projects. He also serves as Chairman of several public companies, including Orecap Invest, XXIX Metal, American Eagle Gold, Geiger Energy, Stardust Metal, Metal Energy, Auriginal Metals and Awalé Resources.
Beyond his corporate roles, Stephen is the Founder and Chairman of the Young Mining Professionals Scholarship Fund, the largest mining-focused charitable organization supporting education in mining engineering and geology. He also founded YMP Toronto and the YMP Global Group, helping to build a global network for the next generation of mining leaders.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and a Master of Science from the University of Florida.

Charles Beaudry

Charles is a P. Geo with over 30 years experience in project generation, business development, exploration chemistry and hands-on project management. Charles previously held the position of General Manager of new business opportunities with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2008 until 2009, after having spent nearly 17 years in various capacities for Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata, including as country manager of Brazil from 1996 to 2001 and manager of the Frieda River Project from 2005to 2006. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Ottawa and a Masters of Geology from McGill University.

Anthony Moreau

Anthony Moreau is the CEO and Director of American Eagle Gold. He is also a Director of QC Copper & Gold and Orefinders Resources, both TSXV listed companies. He previously worked with IAMGOLD comprising different roles within the organization, most recently Business Development and Innovation. He gained valuable experience working in a continuous improvement function at the Rosebel Gold Mine in Suriname. Tony has spearheaded many industry initiatives, one of them being an international co-op peer benchmarking program owned and run by the participating mining companies. He leads the Young Mining Professionals Toronto Chapter and is the Co-Chair of the YMP Scholarship Fund. A graduate of the Queen’s School of Business, Anthony is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Rebecca Hunter

Dr. Rebecca Hunter is a uranium exploration geologist with over 15 years of experience in Saskatchewan and Nunavut. As a project geologist with Cameco from 2005 to 2016, she led the Turaqvik-Aberdeen exploration project, which resulted in the discovery of the high-grade Tatiggaq and Qavvik uranium deposits, located adjacent to Orano’s (formerly AREVA) Kiggavik Project in Nunavut. Dr. Hunter holds a PhD from Laurentian University, where her research focused on the litho-geochemistry, structural geology, and uranium mineralization systems of the Tatiggaq-Qavvik trend in the Thelon Basin. As CEO and Director of Geiger Energy, she continues to lead exploration on the Aberdeen Project and guide the company’s broader discovery strategy across the Thelon and Athabasca Basins.

Alex Stewart

Alex has over 40 years of experience in the practice of corporate and securities law and the natural resource investment. He has been a director of numerous public companies on various exchanges including Nasdaq, NYSE, TSX and TSXV. For the last fifteen years he has focused exclusively the on mining and metals sector and has been instrumental in sourcing, funding and developing high-quality mineral assets in North and South America. In the past he was the founder, seed financier and principal behind a number of mining projects including the Cote Lake Project, acquired by IAM Gold in 2012 for over $580m and the Eagle One polymetalic project now owned by Noront Resources.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto Law School and a Diploma, LCE, from the University of Madrid.

Guy Le-Bel

Guy Le Bel brings 35 years of experience in strategic and financial planning, project development and M&A to Quebec Copper and Gold. Until recently, he was chief executive officer of Aquila Res. and, previously, CEO and CFO of Golden Queen Mining Ltd. He was vice president evaluations for Capstone and vice president business development for Quadra/FNX Mining Ltd. Mr. Le Bel also held business advisory, strategy and planning, business valuation, and financial planning management roles at BHP Billiton Base Metals, Rio Algom Ltd, and Cambior Inc., together with independent consultation mandates across the industry. He provides extensive experience across base and precious metals industries in the America. Mr. Le Bel has held board positions in numerous junior exploration and mining companies since 2007. He is currently appointed to the boards of Kintavar Exploration and Sirios Resources.
Mr. Le Bel holds an MBA Finance from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (Montreal), a Master Applied Sciences, Mining Engineering from University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. Mining Engineering from Universite Laval. He is a professional engineer (O.I.Q.).

James Sykes

James brings 10 years of Athabasca Basin uranium exploration and discovery experience to the team, most notably from prominent roles for NexGen’s Arrow deposit and having provided invaluable work on Hathor’s Roughrider deposits. Over the past decade, he has been directly and indirectly involved with the discovery of over 500 M lbs. of U3O8 in the Athabasca Basin.

Antoine Schwartzmann

Antoine Schwartzmann is our Project Geologist who joined our team in June 2018. Mr. Schwartzmann is responsible for the data management, modeling and targeting of our projects working directly with the VP of exploration, Charles Beaudry. Mr. Schwartzmann is a geologist with over 3 years of experience both in Canada and abroad. Previously he was working with Newmont in French Guyana from 2015 to 2018 as an Exploration Geologist in remote areas of the rain forest. Mr. Schwartzmann did his studies in France at the BRGM (France’s reference public institution for Earth Science applications in the management of surface and subsurface resources and risks) and did his master thesis with the IEP (International Explorers & Prospectors Inc.) performing lithogeochemical mapping to discover new potential areas for exploration.

Michael Mansfield

Mr. Mansfield is a Vice-President, investment professional with Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. Mr. Mansfield has 20 years’ experience as investment advisor specializing in the Canadian venture market working both on the private and public investors and companies. He has a track record of successfully taking public over a hundred of companies through the completion of qualifying transactions by Capital Pool Corporations and secondary financings. Mr. Mansfield graduated from the University of Calgary in 1989, articled with KPMG and obtained his CA designation in 1993 and CFA designation in 1998.

Joel Friedman
Joel Friedman has been appointed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Joel is a finance professional with over 13 years of experience working in the mining and cannabis industries. Most recently, Joel served as the CFO of Khiron Life Sciences Corp, prior to this, he was Vice President, Finance at CannTrust Inc., and Director of Finance at Primero Mining Corp. and senior finance roles at Banro Corporation and Iamgold Corporation. Mr. Friedman began his career at Deloitte in the Real Estate and Resources group, where he worked with a variety of publicly listed clients throughout the mining lifecycle, from exploration to multi-asset operators. Mr. Friedman holds a CPA, CA and Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, Canada.

Peter Cashin
Mr. Cashin is a respected minerals industry executive with over 40 years experience in all facets of the Canadian and International mining exploration and development sector. Prior to joining Kintavar Exploration, a member of The Ore Group, he founded a mineral sector consultancy, Apex Mineral Consultants Inc, providing exploration and development technical advisory services for the critical mineral and material sectors. Peter is an established mining sector executive as the Founder and President & CEO of both Imperial Mining Group Ltd. (TSXV:IPG) from 2018 to 2024 and Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:QRM) from 2008 to 2015. It was with Quest in 2009 that he had his greatest career success with the discovery and development of the Strange Lake B-Zone rare earth deposit in northeastern Quebec, considered the largest deposit of its type in the world outside of China. The discovery’s significance was acknowledged by the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association in 2010 with the awarding of The Quebec Prospector of the Year Award to Peter and his Team.
Mr. Cashin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of New Brunswick in 1979 and a Master of Science degree in Mineral Exploration from McGill University in 1985. Peter was born and raised north of Montreal, Quebec and currently lives with his family in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Cashin has been a Practicing Professional Geoscientist with Professional Geoscientists Ontario (PGO) since 2008.

Andrew Stewart
Andrew has five years of experience in the mining industry, where he has assisted with the operations, listing processes, and numerous financings across the Ore Group of companies. He is also a board member of Young Mining Professionals Toronto. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree from Bishop's University, a Diploma from the Haileybury School of Mines, and a Certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute.
